Villa Bifa behind Kalamar beach club

good evening, has anyone heard of a villa called "bifa" which is directly behind the Kalamar beach club. I have a relative that is considering renting but it seems to be half the price I would expect( we are regulars to Kalkan and I have never heard of it). It seems to be advertised mainly through "beautiful Kalkan" And "Kalkan collection" but it's also on owners direct and holiday lettings. It's  listed each time under a different owner/ contact name and has no reviews. After years of renting villas on these websites I have never had a problem but I have been aware of the reports in the UK press about fraudsters operating on such websites. Any information would be greatly received, thanks.

If you are worried about booking use the payment protection service offered via holidaylettings.  You can contact the owner, ask any questions and then when/if you're happy pay via Holidaylettings.
