Long term rental required

After living on site at our apartments this year, we have decided to move off site and free up another apartment for holiday lets, so we need to take on a long term rental. We are looking LONG term, minimum one year but preferably longer. Don't care whether it's a villa or large apartment, but need a minimum two bedrooms, preferably three. Any offers?

Hi all

We are still looking... we thought we had something suitable lined up but that hasn't happened!

We can move any time in the next three or four months, but we need to be out of our current apartment by beginning of May.

To clarify, what we want is something in town centre or Ortaalan, two beds or more....pool an advantage but not essential.

I spent of lot of efforts last summer on looking for a long term rental in Kalkan and found nothing. I was luckier with locals. The vast majority of accommodations and property owners look for short term rentals only. I managed to find a good apartment after a while, on the other side of the road Fethiye-Kas, up to the hill but not too far from the coach station. The agency didn't reply to my request of having a written offer or contract. I became a bit suspicious then, but it may be worth to ask again. I don't have the agency business card in front of me right now, but if you live in Kalkan, it would be better to pay to the agency a visit and ask them information in person. Perhaps you may be successful. I will send you a contact detail later if you are interested.

Thanks Sal...we have tried talking to everyone we know in Kalkan but we are still looking! If you could send us the contact details of the agent you are talking about hat would be very helpful.

Otherwise, everyone else...let us know if you hear of any apartments/small villas in the centre of Kalkan for long term rent...at least a year but more if possible!
