Help needed urgently to contact our hotel!!

We are looking for a knowing & very helpful person out there!  We are booked (for the 2nd time) through Thomas Cook for Samira Hotel & Apartments for 2 weeks from 21st July. Mum, Dad & 2 teenaged boys.
Last year the hotel manager (Eugan?) advised us to book 1 apparment for the 4 of us, then contact him to book a twin room for the boys to stay in as this would work out much cheeper (around £14 per room night). Thing is now we're left with the 4 of us in a tiny room as whatever we've tried, we can't get in touch with the hotel to book this twin room!
Eugans mobile number he gave us isn't working, the hotel phone isn't & the email (or I can't get through for some reason).

I've gone back to Thomas Cook who tried to sell us a twin room at the Samira Delux - thinking it was the same place!! The only other way Thomas Cook have told us we can book another appartment for the boys at the Samira for an extra £500!!!!

Any advice - suggestions would be sincerely helpful as both out teenaged lads are over 6ft tall as is my husband so big people + tiny appartment + heat does not add up to a happy holiday!!

Hi, Ergun now runs the new hotel next door to the Samira - The Dream Hotel. http://www.kalkandreamhotel.com/. In my opinion you would be much better off booking the boys in a twin room there. It's around £100 p/w B and B, plus you can all use the fabulous pool at the Dream, which in my opinion, is far far nicer than the Samira (and I have stayed at both).
