Be careful if you are intending to rent long term from a foreigner who does not have a residents visa rather than a turkish owner.
I was told that someone was declined a residents visa recently because their rental agreement was with an english owner who didnt already hold residency.
Maybe someone else with know differently.I dont suppose if you already hold a visa and move they would cancel it if they found you had moved to a brits property.The law says you must report any change of address.
Maybe something to look into further.
