Decorator Recommendations

We own an apartment in a small complex of four duplex apartments and it's come to the stage where the exterior of the building needs to be redecorated for the first time.

It would be a great help if anyone can recommend a good quality, reasonably priced decorator based in the Kalkan area.

Also, I know this is a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" question, if you've had a building redecorated which sounds as though it might be about the same size of ours, roughly what sort of price should we be paying? We don't want to be charged the yabanci rates 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

He does all types of maintenance and decorating, inside and outside, together with building/roof repairs etc.  There are many English owners in Kalkan that have used him for many years and have been very pleased with his quality of work and he is trustworthy.
