If any villa owner is looking for a competitively priced villa maintenance and/or management service, PM me.
The guy who looks after my villa is exceptional.  He is an accomplished plumber, electrician, pool manager and gardener who is very conscientious and completely trustworthy in my personal experience. In addition, he can arrange laundry and cleaning if required as well as meet and greet services.  He also excels at general maintenance.
And before you jump to any wrong conclusions, No! I don't have any financial interest.  My motive is solely to help him and his wife progress as they are such nice people.

I understand you are trying to be helpfull to other villa owners, But way you are doing is not Ethical.
Lots of people does same business even some English peoples.

If someone need and asks for help that time you can recommend and help.

How about ; You are not helping anyone by advertising someone else is service, It hurts established businesses with existing costumers . It s unethical and unfair.

If he has goode xperience then it is nice that he reccomends to other.
It is alway good to have a reference. That cant harm at all.
If not you have to trust a company you do not have amy experience with.

I don't  normally comment on these things, but I am a little confused about where this thread is going.  To me, this Forum is mostly about what is good about the place we love, invest money in and sometimes even choose to live.

What people are always doing is RECOMMENDING suppliers,  goods and services to others, whether it be....taking the last few days as an example ....kaya bbq, boat trips, breakfasts, seafood restaurants  etc.

I for one do not perceive the original post to be unethical, just someone trying to help others locate a supplier and drum up business..just like we've been doing for the relocated restaurants and start ups like coriander and black and gold.
