The pool and maturing gardens offer ample space for eating and entertaining around the pool, and there is a delightful shaded seating area , BBQ, outside dining area with table & chairs and plenty of sun-loungers. There is a roof terrace with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding area, and a large balcony joining the bedrooms. The open plan living area is very comfortable with plenty of space and air-conditioning throughout. Centrally located (well below the D400) its a 15-20 minutes walk to the old town & harbour and 5-10 minutes to the weekly market, shops and banks, it is well placed for all amenities so you don't need a car. Should you wish to visit attractions in the wider area many organised day trips and sightseeing tours are run from Kalkan as is car hire if you prefer to explore with your own transport.
