Within resort you have direct sea access, 4 swimming pools (seasonal), on-site spa and Turkish bath, beautiful landscaped gardens, tennis courts and easy access to everything Kalkan has to offer. Everyone is welcome in this secure private complex and Im sure it will give you a memorable holiday The Cactus Garden apartment is located in the stunning Patara Prince Resort in Kalkan. The property has been fully refurbished to give you everything you could want, from a fully fitted kitchen, double glazing, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. You will have full exclusive access to the apartment, private WiFi and full access to Patara Prince facilities. If I am not in Turkey at the time my management agent will be on hand 24/7 to look after you. Patara Prince is unique within this area of Turkey offering stunning architectural design and mature gardens nestling in the hillside and with direct sea access. You are located an easy walk to Kalkan centre and there are plenty of taxis if required. In season Patara Prince operate a shuttle boat service to a Kalkan harbour. Please note Patara Prince, like Kalkan is built on a hillside so there are a number of steps to access all facilities across the resort. A complimentary shuttle bus runs throughout high season

jon is really helpfull host, he answered all our question before and during stay in a short time. You can have all the equipment you need during your stay in the home. There are high steps in site but also shuttle is present for your transfer to sea and pool. and sea was excellent!
The only bad thing about the house is really little sea view from garden, but generally it was a good stay! We spend really good time in kalkan.

The house is well located in a beautiful resort full of trees and flowers. Very close to Kaputaş beach Patara beach. Great communication with the host :) Very nice neighbors and people who work in resort. House is fully equipped. I recommend:)

Beautiful resort with fantastic views over the bay. The resort has excellent amenities with an especially nice pool next to the sea. The apartment was clean and well furnished with everything you need. Breakfast items, tea and coffee had been provided, which was especially after a long journey with a 2 year old! Do be prepared for hills and steps, but you can reward yourself with a cold glass of something while sitting out in the garden afterwards!

Our stay at The Cactus Garden was everything we'd hoped for and more. The Patara Prince Resort of which it is a part is absolutely beautiful: stunning views across turquoise sea to Kalkan harbour. The facilities within the resort are fabulous and extremely well maintained. The property itself is very clean, tastefully decorated and perfectly adequately equipped. Jon is the perfect host: he was incredibly responsive to my 101 questions and really went out of his way to ensure that everything ran smoothly for us from start to finish. Jon arranged our airport transfers and once in the resort we had no need of a car: we could walk into Kalkan in 15min and take the bus to beaches a little further afield. I can't recommend this property highly enough and will definitely be looking to return!
