I can''t help thinking that if it hadn''t rained at the end the result might have been a 2nd for him behind Raikonen.  He''s to all intents and purposes an absolute master in the rain - Stirling Moss used to be too!  Well done Lewis.  Bill

I was thinking it was a dull race. BUT the last four laps had us all at the Atlantis on the edge of our seats. Your right Bill he is a master in the rain. Well done Lewis.

He''s been demoted to 3rd place which means he is now only 2 points ahead of Massa.  The FIA always favours Ferrari - Massa didn''t even get a penalty for that dangerous incident in the pit lane in Valencia.

it''s a bloody shame - excuse my French - he acted like a gentleman over the chicane incident - and still the stewards acted like total pillocks. Ah well, he should still win the championship; brilliant craftsman.  Well done mate, just the same.   Bill

Your French is deserved .. I sometimes get the feeling that anything slightly controversial between Ferrari and McLaren leads to the stewards falling in favour of Ferrari - This is certainly not the first time. it begs the question, do the stewards have anything to gain by supporting Ferrari - It''s a huge money sport and corruption in such highly financed sports has been known (maybe i am just bitter and twisted Grrrrrrr)

I read today that Ron Dennis (McLaren Manager) is appealing the stewards decision. Mind you, it''ll take a couple of weeks before that gets heard. I''m surprised also that they took so long to come to that decision. We all saw the incident during and countless repetitions afterward. Very badly handled. And the internet is full of the positive bias that Ferrari seem to get from the F.I.A.  Still, Monza next Sunday. Lets hope he has an opportunity of rubbing their noses in it on their home turf.  Wont that be something!  Bill
