Just wondered if anyone else has noticed in the begining of the film 'Back to the Future' the name on the tins of dog food is Kal Kan...sad arent I....lol

A local estate agent perhaps?  No.  A Turkish local government website?  No, not that either.

Obviously, you get the home page of Mars - the company that makes Mars Bars, M&Ms, Snickers bars, Pedigree dog food and Whiskas cat food.  Confused?  Let us explain.

Kal Kan Foods Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mars, and produces cat food in the USA.
 
The link was to the cat food Kal Kan that is spotted at the start of the film by foreverkalkan.
