We also visited the Elmali vineyard and we also impressed with their range the quality was good we also purchased a mix. I did think that their Rose was excellent. It's not a bad idea to go at the beginning of you holiday then you can stock up, plus it's an interesting day out generally. They are bit more pricey that the Lal and angora's, but you do get a better quality product, I had no nasty acidic aftereffects from their Rose. The people who own the Vinyard are lovey and they are happy to talk about and let you sample their wines. It seem that it is not easy for small quality vineyards as they have to compete against the big boys and as I understand it the government is not particularly supportive.

We normally drink Sauvignon Blanc at home, and nervously tried the Angora white. We were pleasantly surprised and drank it for the rest of our holiday. At varying prices between 24 and 30TL we didn`t think it was too pricey.
