Icing sugar is available. It's called seker pudra and comes in a cardboard box. Caster sugar not available but the local loose sugar is much finer than granulated and works just as well. Sold in plastic bags. If you want it really fine, whizz in blender for a few seconds, for a few more seconds whizzing you will have icing sugar.

Puff pastry not available but you can get frozen sheets of filo pastry which is a reasonable substitute or make your own.

Hope this helps

Different opinions it seems so far!!

Unfortunately making puff pastry from scratch is a little too labour intensive when on holiday, so hopefully its available - if not may have to bring out some frozen supplies.

Well I'm intrigued! What are you planning on baking while on your hols? :)
Currently have a duplex apartment in Kiziltas which we visit as often as we can.

Icing & caster sugar are for meringues. Strawberries will be in season at that time hopefully so should go nicely.

The puff pastry is handy for making pain au chocolat.

Stand corrected on the pastry. Didn't know it was puff pastry, always thought it was filo so didn't buy it.

There are various brands and it is called Milfoy. The cheapest is in Bim.

You can buy meringues here but they are quite small so would not work for pavlova or similar but are great crushed into vanilla ice cream with  fresh strawberries.

Thanks for all the helpful responses.

Looks as if the mini pavlovas with ice cream and strawberries are sorted with pain au chocolat as an alternative.
