Cafe Ev
« on: May 25, 2015, 09:07:47 AM »
We're going back to Kalkan on 22nd June and were looking forward to visting Cafe Ev again. We were regulars there on our past few holidays but have heard it may not be open?  Does anyone know if it's open or will be opening?  Many thanks.

I thought I had read on here, or somewhere, that it had been refurbished and was looking gorgeous?  I really hope so, as it's a cool oasis of paradise for me, tucked away there! One of my faourites, so clean and such fresh food. Love the liver, the kofte, straightforward and simply the best.

It opened on 14 May with new management. We had a post market drink and they were very welcoming.

We have had 2 very good meals there, similar menu as before. The new staff very friendly & not new to Kalkan. Different decor but still smart & comfy.

Have just had another really lovely meal, we eat quite early as we live nearby so it suites us very well, we can go home & chill.
