Have seen so many good reviews about Adams place, but on our previous 4 visits to Kalkan have not been. I'm determined to get there this year, but when is the best time to go - lunch, or dinner?
What is the best way of getting there - taxi or is it walkable from town?
And finally, what's the best thing on the menu?

  would suggest the evening as it is cooler and if you are there at the right time you can watch the sun go down.

I agree with ianb with regards to the time to go. Adam and his family are lovely.

I'd recommend the lamb shanks. It's served on a flaming plate. Quite dramatic.

We called in on our way back from Kas to book up, Adam picked us up as he agreed, bang on time. I thoroughly recommend the lamb shanks, absolutely gorgeous, melted in your mouth. We were the last to leave so when he took us back his wife & youngest daughter came too. A lovely family.
