Friends who own a hotel in Kalkan have just let us know that a customer of theirs was withdrawing cash from Garanti cashpoint when he was tricked into being "helped" by a Turkish man and had his pin code and card stolen. Beware!

This has been well documented on this site and KTLN.
Please remember there is an option to have all the commands in English once you put your card in the ATM so you don't need any "help" from strangers.

Just make sure you have your reading glasses and the sun isn't shining on the screen and you should be fine!
