We have just returned from almost a months stay in Kalkan, staying in Kalamar Bay.
The dolmus service has increased now running 5 times a day.
The Dolmus is reliable and on time. the destination clearly marked. He beeps his horn loudly.
You can pick it up at the roundabout in the cente of Kalkan at 9.45 10.45 12.45 14.45 and 19.45.
It leaves the Kelube Hotel at 10.00 11.00 13.00 15.00 and 18.00 Going up the hill and down the Kalamar Rd
The fare is 2 TL and the Dolmus will go to the Marina and to the Otogar (Bus Station at the top of the town)
This is a suberb service, especially if you are staying at the Kalamar end of the town. It will drop anyone off at any destination on route.

I may be wrong but I do not think that there is a dolmus at 6pm but there are ones at 7pm and 8pm

Correction on the evening times. The dolmus leaves the Kelube Kalamar Bay at 20.00 (8pm)

Hi, does anyone know if you can jump on it at the bus station and what time? Or do you have to walk into town to the roundabout? We are staying up by the arcelik shop this year, so it would be great if we could catch the dolmus up there.

We have waited for the dolmus by the central roundabout, the dolmus comes down from the otogar. It then heads towards the Marina and then back towards the Kalamar Rd. We are not sure about the times at the Otogar but always get to the central roundabout about fifteen mins before the hour.
