Title: PLanning permission.

There is a request on KTLN asking on how to get/ apply for planning permission for double glazing their balcony which is never used. We think this is a good idea, does anyone know how to apply?

Can we assume that they want to enclose it - if so why if it is never used?

However the Belediye seem to reject anything that increases the potential inside living area of a building which this would seem to do

The best way I suppose is to go and talk to them and see what they say [but they may give the answer you don't want    !!] then you cannot easily do it on the quiet and hope you get away with it

Or go & speak to one of the local architects & seek advice.  They are dealing with the local authorities so should have an idea.
