Title: Beach Clubs
Post by: LancashireLass on May 02, 2012, 07:39:47 AM
Hi

Two weeks on Saturday 7 of us, all adults, will be on out way to Kalkan and as you can imagine we are all very excited.  I was wondering about the Beach Clubs.  I have been told that they have different themes from family to more chilled out.  We are more interested in the chilled out kind of beach club, somewhere where we can relax read our books/Kindles and enjoy a cold Effes.  Could someone please recommend a beach club and give an apporximate price guide.

Many Thanks
Jane x

Hi Jane
type "beach clubs" into the search facility and you will have more information (including last year's prices to give you something to go on) than you can shake a stick at.
Everyone has their favourite, but if you're looking for chilled, I'd avoid Kalamar and head to Mahal or Palm.
Have a great stay :)

Caretta Caretta and Yali beach clubs also very chilled- opposite side of the Bay to the ones k4eva mentions above, so same side of the Bay to where you are staying. Enjoy!

We didn't go to a beach club last year, but fully intend to this year, I too am not sure which one is the best, and do you pay for the boat or admission to the club. Any advice appreciated.  Thanks

The beach clubs offer free transport (taxi or water taxi) and are free admission, but you will pay for your beds and parasol. As I say, just type "beach clubs" into the search facility at the top of the page and you will find tons of information.
Enjoy :)

Hey Jane,

If u r looking for a beach club I definitely suggest u to go to Kalamar Beach Club. I went there with my girlfriend last week and really enjoyed it. It is a good spot just to chill out cause in this time of the year it is not crowded. We found it really peaceful. And prices were quite reasonable as well. Kalkan is a great place! have fun!!!

Cheers:)
