We currently have a duplex apartment in Kalkan and fancy a change, so are looking for either 2 apartments in the same block or a small villa. Ideally we would like to part ex our apartment against a new purchase but don't really know where to start. Does anyone know of any agents/builders who would be able to assist us with this.
Alternatively, are there any villa owners who are looking to downsize and would be interested in taking our apartment in part exchange?
