It's the middle apartment of 3 called Avlu Yasemin and has 2 bedrooms and a shared pool. The Kalkan Town Location Code KTLC) is OA15 K8. Residents in Kalkan will probably know the former owners - Marilyn and Clive, who are residents themselves. :)

Glad to hear all is now official. I am sure, like others, that you are going to enjoy your very own apartment. It is in a great position and is in a good building. I hope your lettings go well.
As you will know, from a private e-mail, we are very close to you in Kalkan and will be able to wave to you from our roof terrace when you sit on the balcony outside your sitting room. Sorry that we don't seem to be going out at the same time as you this year.
A very exciting time for you both. I am sure you can't wait for your next visit to Kalkan.

blue lizard, I couldn't stop laughing at that. We can always rely on you to come up with some quip.
I think what makes it even funnier is that in Kalkan it could indeed have been a shell when we first saw it! As it happens it was already built and a Turkish family living there. We have made some alterations since buying. A pool, for example, seemed an essential if we were hoping to let. We almost bought a house just across the road from where Bob and Jayne's place is. Someone else bought it while we were deliberating but if we had bought it we would still have been able to wave to Bob and Jayne from the roof terrace there! Small world for Enjoy Kalkan forum folks it seems. Kalkan4ever, you are also a short walk away at the Emir apartments.
