Title: Korsan Web Cam

There seems to be a "line" running across the bay roughly parallel to and extending beyond the harbour wall. Is it a natural phenomenon???

It might be where the proposed new harbour extension has been marked out on the sea..

or perhaps an aerial cable??

Yes, you were right first time Hobbo, I saw a chap leaning out of a small boat with an aerosol about 2 days ago. I'm quite suprised that it hasn't washed away by now, what with all that rain.
