Have I got the correct name for this supermarket?  Travelling to Kalkan this weekend and not very mobile at the moment (recovering from a broken foot) so would like to do a big shop and get it delivered to our villa. 
I think I read in a couple of posts that this supermarket will deliver - I'd be grateful for info on this please.  If not we can always get a taxi it's just easier to pay in store and arrange delivery. Is it done at the checkout or prior to shopping?
We would also like to buy fish from the fishmonger mentioned in other posts - it that near to Yali?

Hi Bingley

Yeah it is the Yali and just ask when you go in about delivery. You'll be relieved to know it's just across the road from the fish restaurant which also sells fresh fish to take away and also the greengrocer is just a few shops along from there too. Wouldn't buy fruit/veg from the supermarkets as you'll get a much bigger and fresher selection in the greengrocer.

Thank you itstime - that's really helpful.  I would prefer to buy veg from the greengrocer too. 

Although I've visited Kalkan in the last couple of years it's actually 20 or so years since I've stayed there when I was travelling around Turkey for a few weeks. This forum has been invaluable for advice and inspiration......especially the personal reports  - Antler's in particular.

Sevil supermarket also deliver..on the same side of the road as Ali fishmonger and greengrocer just a couple of minutes away..we found them cheaper for quite a few items than Yali but they don't sell alcohol.

My advice would be to do your main shop in Yali and arrange for it to be delivered an hour later then hobble down to the fish shop (cross the road and go down hill and the fish fridge is outside the restaurant) and buy your fish then go a few yards further down on the same side to get your veg then pick up a taxi to take you back with your veg and fish. You'll then be back at your villa by the time your shopping arrives. You also need a proper address for the villa unless it is very well known.

Thank you Kalkan regular - what a good idea.  I'll follow your advice.
