Hi
Has anyone ever had a military check refused .. and there for could not go through with property purchase ?? just wondered what would happen re deposit

Extremely unlikely ...unless the property is within a sensitive military zone or is within 50 metres of the sea.

If it was there wouldn't be a building there anyway

But always check the TAPU first to make sure that the place does have living permission and that the seller does have a right to sell

If they cannot produce a TAPU [original NOT a copy ] ....run away from it

Never been any refused in the Kalkan area and most decent sales contracts would have a clause about full refund IF the military approval was refused.
