it's our silver wedding when we're out her for our hols. I'm thinking of a boat trip for the big day but don't know how much in advance I'd need to book things. Any ideas please?? :)

If you need to book on a certain day I'd book as soon as possible. In my experience prices for most of the boats (sole hire) range from 300 to 450 TL. My favourite is a boat called Chillout captained by a young guy called Boresh - that was the best trip we've been on. Pina X is also good but more expensive and we had a better day with Boresh.

Actually I've not been on Pina X - I think it was Pina X 2 I went on.

I like the sound of the chill out boat can you tell me a bit more about it please and how we would book it ?

To book any of the boats walk along the harbour during the evening. All the captains are normally lined up by their boats and Boresh will normally be moored near Sea Bella, one of the bigger boats in the row.
You can probably get a better deal if you find boats that haven't been booked for the next day or are flexible about the day you go out on.

Thanks everyone and yes please to Chillout's number. It's all looming up rather quickly and I suspect that once I'm in Kalkan I'll be extremely laid back and prone to doing very little... so I'd rather organise it now:)
