I know that some very detailed information has been given on this site regarding making a Will relating to your possessions in Turkey but unfortunately, I cannot find it. Could someone kindly guide me to the right place.
I am just about to update my Will in the UK and believe a clause has to be inserted regarding my Turkish property.

relates to buying property but the subject of wills came up. We used Dilek at Everthing Legal in Fethiye and coudln't fault the service received.

We made a will last year to cover the property, all pretty straight forward. If you want any more information don't hesitate to drop me a pm :)

The one made in England has to say that you revoke all previous wills except the one made in Turkey which is related to your assets in Turkey. If you don't have this it means your Turkish will if it's made before your English one will be revoked.

as you are the most recent person to talk about wills, have you had a quote to do this and if so roughly how much??? not sure if you compared prices from solictors within Kalkan an from kas/ fethye?
