90% of the Americans who have a property in Kalkan do not post online in any forum.  I am probably the only one who does.  There are 7 US families that I am aware of -- some live here year round.  I've heard there are more but I do not know them.  There are also many more US visitors coming to Kalkan every year but most find it too far and too expensive to come regularly.

I only say this because every scam tried on me has been a Nigerian posing as an American.

last year in june we noticed several partys of americans...mostly off gulets/private boats
