Hi All
We are due to fly to Dalaman and then on to Kalkan on Thursday (23 September 2010).
I have received an email this morning from easyjet informing me that the French air workers are on strike and this will affect flights which go through French airspace.
Does anyone know what the flightpath is for a flight from Manchester to Dalaman? Would it normally go through French airspace?
Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks
Sarah

If you log onto easyjet site scroll down to box that says ..Need help?.....click onto it...a page comes up "let us help you"..scroll down to the bottom of this, in small letters at bottom it says... where we fly.Click onto this.....you will get a map come up ..move your cursor and the routes come up...Manchester goes out over Denmark And drops down through Poland according to that so you shouldn't be affected ;) ......(French always on strike!!PAH!!)

Thank you, that's really helpful!
Fingers crossed we will be ok.

Don't think we flew over Denmark when we flew Easy Jet from Manchester in July. Seem to think the flight went down England over Norfolk, then Holland, Germany, Slovakia, Greece and into Turkey. Don't think any flight we have ever caught to Dalaman from Manchester has routed over France.

You might find there is a knock on delay because easyjets planes aren't in the right place because some were unable to fly over France.
