My wife and I are looking to rent a luxury villa for 3 weeks from around 21 July for 3 weeks. Must have great views and own pool and will pay up to £700 per week. Please contact via email with details.

I doubt that you will get a luxury villa for that price at that time of year. Have a look at Owners Direct to get some idea.

Maybe you'll be lucky to find a really desperate owner. You'll have some chance if you remove 'luxury' or 'great views'. Most people who rent have no trouble filling their calendar in July and August at higher prices.

If you look on holidaylettings.co.uk I think you will get a villa for 2 with lovely views for the period you have given for £700-750 a week. Just put your requirements in the search and it will only bring up those that meet your needs. Good luck.

Sorry no desperate owners! just genuine people who wish to rent out their villas.
Look at Kalkan this year, and , compare two or three years ago.
Trust me we have been coming for 23 years Restaurants have disappeared food is not as good.
Please do not sell me Kalkan We know it inside out

We have booked a beauty with phenomenal views and it is the height of luxury.

..yes please do share with us, kensarrived! I have been looking for something with 3 bedrooms for precisely the same dates and nothing was coming in lower than £900, unless it was incredibly high up which we didn't want. We've now booked an apartment near to the centre of Kalkan, but I have so say most owners were not prepared to discount those weeks - why would they? It's still a year away and there's every chance they'll let them :)
Perhaps you could post details of the many replies you had - after all you'll be doing those owners who are prepared to let at such reasonable rates a huge favour ;)

Hi everyone
Not only did we have replies from Kalkan Forum, we were also directed to holiday lettings. There are some fantastic villas on there under £900'S and a phone call to the owner works wonders!
Please don't shoot the messenger, I do believe that as we are a couple without children it works in our favour.
