Yes it has affected us too, we have taken the plunge and rebooked our flights tonight with Jet2 so all being well will be in Kalkan in just over two weeks time.

We are not going until 1st oct and flights around £600 for 2 so we shant rebook. Probably lose £100 deposit on accommodation though which is a shame.

jofoss,

i did see the monarch one, was really hoping to fly from gatwick as parking is non-refundable. we only paid £360 for our 2 flights as this was meant to be a real budget holiday! unfortunately we are not really in a position to pay out for flights until we get money back for the others or we will have no spending money to enjoy kalkan!  >:(

If you are near Gatwick it may be worth looking at a BA flight into Antalya, at the moment these are actually cheaper than a lot of the charter options, especially if you are taking bags, and like some food plus a drink or four on the flight.

I was going on the 27th for nice 5 days break  well upset  :(. . Try looking at either Charterflights.com , travelsupermarket or Airflights.co.uk  they seem to give the best prices . Good luck mine has run out  :'(

I'm so gutted for everyone who has lost their flights because Kiss have ceased trading. We had so many problems with this airline last year through Travel Republic and they eventually cancelled our flights and we had to rebook and they cost a whole lot more becausee it was nearer our departure date and took in a school holiday.
Don't give up just yet elcee - did you use a credit card to book the flights? You may be able to claim from the card company and get your money back quicker? Sorry, if you've already considered this :(
