Hi Niawyn,

Samira deluxe has it'sown air con mini bus to take you into the village for free, but the return taxi fare depends upon the time of day. After midnight it's more expensive. We've paid anything between 4 and 12tl?!?

I would be interested to know what crossing the D400 is like infront of the Samira Deluxe at the mo......Will we need to load the cases with walking boots this summer??

As for wine........ Cankaya produce a nice dry white, fruity rose and light red which is fairly good value at the supermarkets. Villa da Luca is better but costs a little more. It pays to shop around because the prices vary in the supermarkets. Expect to pay similar to that which you pay in the UK. However, wine is quite expensive in the restaurants....... stick to the EFES!!  ;D ;D

Good to here about the minibus as we,re staying at Samira Delux at the end of May.Stayed close by last year and the taxi price varied  3 to 4 lira depending which way the driver went aws cheaper if he took a short cut through the bus station. As for the wine you,re on holiday justt enjoy it. ;)
