Title: New Council Tax Re-evaluation policy.

The New Council Tax Re-evaluation Policy!

A new council tax re-evaluation policy wants  to charge us more if we live in a nice area. That ought to mean  discounts for those of us who live in rough areas.
There  is a huge council house in our street. The extended family is  run by a
grumpy old woman with a pack of fierce dogs. Her  car
isn't taxed or insured and doesn't even have a
number  plate, but the police still do nothing.

Her bad-tempered  old man is notorious for racist comments. A shopkeeper  blames him for ordering the murder of his son and his  son's girlfriend, but nothing has been proved yet.

All  their kids have broken marriages except the youngest, who  everyone thought
was gay.

Two grandsons are meant to  be in the Army but are always out partying in
nightclubs.. They  are out of control.

I hate living
near   Windsor
Castle .    ;D

My Hubby (in the RAF) has just almost wet himself as I read this out to him! Hope you don't mind KefGirl, have copy and pasted it into an email for him!

VERY amusing! Thanks for brightening up a particularly damp and dull day in the UK!

I paid my 2010 council tax yesterday and found it had gone up 100%. Is this the Council Tax Re-evaluation Policy being implemented?

Hi - we paid our council tax last week and were amazed to discover that ours had actually gone down.  Doug was talking to one of the councillors in the village about it and was told that it had gone down because of the disruption due to the roadworks etc.  I wonder if this was true or not.
