Title: exchange rate

Hi can any one tell me the exchange rate in kalkan at the mo , I have been to the post office in uk and it is 2.20 and was wondering if i can get better in kalkan

Craig..if you go back to the home page ,scroll down the right hand side..you will, see the exchange rates...228TL ;)

Craig, you will get a better exchange rate in Kalkan. I suggest you change what you need for the first day or so whilst in the UK and exchange the rest in Kalkan when you get there. That's what we do!

When we need to change our cash in the UK (Kalkan4Eva is correct, Kalkan rates do tend to be better), we use the following site....  sitehttp://travelmoney.moneysavingexpert.com/holiday-money/#results
It allows you to compare the rates of many UK based exchange companies. Many of them deliver (sometimes for free, depending on your spend), others allow you to collect from the airport at much better rates of exchange than they normally offer there. Hope this helps! Elaine.

Heres a little tip...i went to the post office yesterday to change 50 euros back to good old pounds..post office offered me £38.57...i coughed and sneezed ,said NO!and sold it on E Bay.for 50 quids!!..have a look you will be surprised what people pay. ;)
