Title: Elite Wellbeing
Post by: kalkan4eva on March 16, 2010, 04:02:56 PM
Just wondered if any of the EK members who are residents have an update about how Saime from Elite Wellbeing is doing since her fall?

Hi all, I talked to Saime yesterday on the phone. She actually stayed in hospital after the surgery for only a couple of days. I have the impression that she is trying to keep her good humour and she definitely feels better now that the pain is not so heavy anymore. Saime will not be able to "use" her leg for 8 to 10 weeks, so I can imagine that she might be happy about some distraction....I will visit her when I am in Kalkan in 10 days and I can ask if she would be fine if people contact her directly or wether she might need any other help.

It will definitely make her happy to know that so many people wish all the best for her speedy recovery.

With warm regards,
Sonja

Thanx, Sonja, for the info on Saime.  Is she back in Kalkan now? I am coming to Kalkan on 29th March and would like to see her if she is open to visitors. Cheers, Cathy

Hi guy's, as said, I totally agree it's a good idea, but! the amount of A/C's you can run off of any one timer WILL depend totaly on the power output of each A/C unit, and whether or not the timer can be over ridden with a remote straight to the air-con depends also on the type of timer you purchase, hence my reply regards asking your agent to check the outputs before you turn up with one timer only to find you need more.
Turkish Electrics are an unknown quantity!!!!

There's a further update on Saime on KTLN today and sadly her leg has not healed as well as expected and she now needs further treatment and will have a new plaster cast for another two months. She is still able to undertake pedicures and manicures at her home in Kisla, but this will be a massive blow for her business.
