Title: Selling Property

hard to believe but we have decided that after 3 years we want to sell our 4 bedroom villa in Kalkan.....

Having been to Kalkan for the last 5 yrs we've seen a number of different agents but personally I think recommendations are the best.

Any suggestions?

Like you, we went for a recommended agent and having had three recommendations about the same company, we bought three years ago through Ferhat at Kalkan Grace properties who had an office on Kalamar Road, next door to the pharmacy.  We found him to be utterly reliable and honest. With one property we really liked and were ready to buy, he dissuaded us, telling us he did not believe the owners assurances about a plot of land in front of the villa being green belt.  So we didn't go ahead and sure enough, a year later, the same owner built there, completely blocking the view of the villa we had wanted to buy.

He was tremendously helpful in setting up everything for us, electric, water etc and even took on the daunting task of taking my wife shopping and buying all the furniture and fittings.

He can be reached on 00 90 (0) 542 6618 374.  I believe that he is changing his office this season but I spoke to him a few days ago on his mobile so know he is still very much in business.

Highly professional guy, Omer at myplaceoverseas.com based in Fethiye but does work in Kalkan. Could not have managed to sort out our purchase without him and will do more business with him. Fair to both buyer and seller. He is also connected with placeoverseas.com who are based in the UK
