Title: Exchange Rate
Post by: Linsue on December 03, 2009, 09:06:34 AM
Isn't it strange how the exchange rates always seems to be higher once the season has ended!  How come we can never get 2.49 FX rate in the summer  ???

It's worth travelling out in the winter to make those larger homewear type purchases.

Bah humbug :-)

Sorry my post wasn't clear, I meant we were getting 2.50 from the post office in Kalkan in July - should have said PTT. Good to know the post office in the UK offers good rates too...although terribly long queues!

If the line is out of the door you might like to add a small tent and some kendall mint cake to your PO survival pack ;D
