Quite a few EK members have once again shown interest in going to Cappadocia.
The travel company have said that they are willing to do this trip on 8th November next year.
This gives anyone wishing to go enough time to arrange holidays and flights in advance.
Please PM if you want any details. The itinery will be the same as the trip in April this year - 5 nights/6 days.
We already have twelve people definitely going, so if you are interested please let us know.

We have been asked to point out by the tour company, that there are cave rooms available for the three nights that we will be in Urgup.
There are only three left and as a guideline, if a standard room is 80TL for two people, a cave room is 150TL. Obviously these rooms are much more spacious and are worth the extra, if only for the novelty factor.

As a couple of people are now unable to go on this trip on the 8th November, two seats are now available. Please let us know if you are interested in going.

There are still some places left on this trip if anyone is interested.
We have been asked what the weather/temperature will be like in November. All we can say is that last time we went in November , the weather was lovely and sunny during the day and cooler and frosty at night. The hotels are all centrally heated so they are lovely and warm. We would recommend that you take a raincoat (hat and gloves for the balloon trip), a fleece and thinner layers which can be removed if the weather is warm. Ladies please be aware that you will need to cover your head at the Konya Museum. Also a torch would be useful in the cave churches in the Ihlara Valley.
Looking forward to this trip again, never get tired of it. Will inform of pick-up places and times nearer the date.

For all those going on this trip, please note that we would like to collect the balances owing by the 1st November.
Please contact us as you arrive in Kalkan and we will arrange to collect.
There is a get-together for everyone going on the trip at the Kaya on the 6th November, so that everyone can get to meet each other. We are meeting at 19.30pm and it is up to you if you want to dine or just have a drink.
