Title: We're so excited!

We are a family from Lichfield in Staffordshire, Justin, Brigid and kiddies Rebecca (10) and Jessica (4) who'll be arriving in Kalkan on 24th August for 2 weeks. We're veeeerrrry excited after researching on this site. Looking forward to chilling out, eating out, having barbies and enjoying the views from our rented villa. I can almost taste that first Efes already!

We're arriving from Cardiff on the same day as you so looks as if we'll be watching the same sunsets with an ice cold Efes in hand! Have a really lovely holiday with the kiddies, it's lovely taking them on holiday when they're young it gives you a chance to act like a kid too!

I don't need an excuse to act like a kid! Seriously this anticipation is driving me mad - exciting, yet frustrating in equal measure!

I'm sure you'll have a fantastic holiday but in case you get there before us just make sure you save me some Efes - you don't want a beer-starved angry man chasing you down the street!

While I realise it's not your average family holiday destination, we thought that by renting a villa with a pool we could keep the kids entertained while we relax and catch some rays.

Also going to plan a boat trip for the day and go to Patara beach so hopefully they'll be happy. As everyone with kids will tell you - 'happy kids mean happy parents'. So true!!

Good to know you enjoyed your trip in April and have a great holiday.

Yes I know where Eccleshall is, can't remember going through it but have definitely seen it on signposts! Thanks, I'm sure we'll love Kalkan but after the summer we're having here at the moment, 2 weeks in the sun anywhere will be sufficient.
