Just returned from Kalkan and must thank EK Admin, whose intervention aided the return of monies (100TL) given to Adda Car Rental for the hire of a baby seat.
Although my son rented through the EK website (which states baby seats are free) Adda told us this is only available to members of said website.
Fortunately, I was a co-driver on the rental, and a EK member, so a friendly meeting with Adda resulted in the return of 100TL.
