Title: TLOSS Restaurant Patara
Post by: alantj on May 13, 2009, 09:10:33 PM
If you are visiting Patara this little restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Simple but great quality food, served in surprisingly large amounts at very reasonable prices. Its only drawbacks are if you stop for lunch, you will probably have to cancel your booking for dinner (we have had to do this twice) and no alcohol.

To find Tloss turn right, off the main road leading to Patara beech, into Patara village and its about 20m past the turning on your right. It will probably look closed but the Chef will appear as soon as you sit down.

I second this. Osman and his family are lovely. The food is great, lots of it and good prices too.

Yes it''s very good..Osman has always been an excellent chef selling the freshest foods.... but it''s worth pointing out it used to be a "dry house" soft drinks only due to religeous beliefs...i don''t know if it still is as we haven''t eaten lately in "Tlos"...we have been to "Aspendos" in the village square,Osmans brother, also excellent food  ;)

It was still dry, when we were last there in April this year. Not a problem for me as I was driving and for the others the food more than made up for the lack of alcohol.
