Title: Problems with Telephone/Internet installation

Having recently had telephone and internet installed, the Internet side works like a dream but the telephone connection has died.  Apparently others have had this problem.  Does anyone know how the problem is resolved?

Go to Turk Telecom under the PTT and tell them :D
