Title: URGENT HELP NEEDED-KAPSA
Post by: saskia on May 03, 2009, 12:44:27 PM
We urgently need someone to look after 3 tiny kittens (approx.2 weeks old) That were found in a plastic carrier bag thrown into a rubbish bin. They seem healthy enough but need feeding by hand at the moment. We have somewhere for them to go when they are old enough to eat solids but for the next 10 days or so they need a surrogate mother! Alternatively if anyone knows of a mother cat with kittens of a similar age that might accept them then that too could be a solution. If anyone can help please call maggi on 0532 252 8903. Thank you.

I can't offer help but rather make a similar longer term plea.  We have five ownerless cats at my apartment building.  Two are quite settled and seem to survive quite well, but both now appear to be with kitten again and one of them has three kittens of about 3 months old already.

Renters in the building kindly put out food for them but then of course leave Kalkan to go home, having led the little scallywags to expect it every day, meaning a kitty chorus outside my wındow each dawn.  I am not a cat lover by any stretch but would not consıder the Norwegian seal control method, so does anyone want to offer any new arrivals or current kittens a home?  If so, please drop me a PM and bring a large butterfly net.
