Hi all,we have paid our electricity bill online before but seem to have hit a problem this time.We have a 5 digit electricity code and an 11 digit steme kodu code which we have used previously.When we tried this time it said we needed a European code begining with 21 or a non european code.Does anyone know what this means as it wont allow us to complete the transaction and pay the bill.We dont want to be cut off again!
