Where can I go in the area to get a short stylish haircut? Also, I scrolled back through old posts and found mention of good manicure/pedicure places but don''t know if they stay open during the winter? General refurbishing indeed. Thanks, Pat

try huriye at duÅŸen coiffeur, located down the steps under belmas boutique. her number is 844 2026. she cuts colours along with manicures, pediures, eyebrow threading etc.
