A "troll" is an internet reference for a person who posts outrageous messages in order to bait people to answer. The main agenda for a "Troll" is to delight in sowing discord on a forum. This is generally shown as someone who inspires flaming rhetoric, who is purposely provoking and attempts to pull people into a flaming discussion. Such flaming discussions usually end with name calling and a flame war which breaches the forum mutual member respect policy (see MMR)
A classic troll tactic is trying to make us believe they are a genuine skeptic with no hidden agenda, divisive and argumentative with a need-to-be-right attitude, sometimes insulting people or provoking people to insult them. The Troll is usually an expert in reusing the same words of its opponents and in turning it against them.
EnjoyKalkan deems forum trolling to be a tactic to dilute the usefulness of the forum and put other members off posting for fear of repercussion. EnjoyKalkan is an open forum for all members and takes immediate and firm action against trolling.
