Title: Weather - wet and miserable...summer in the UK
Post by: felicity on July 09, 2008, 02:02:07 PM: Well - as I sit here in near mid July - the british summer is doing us proud and absolutely bucketing down >:( >:( - so I''m back on the EK forum getting my daily fix of paradise and no doubt the weather there is lovely..!! Oh and to make it worse - it is only 13 degrees here..... :( :( :(

Roll on holidays..!!! :)

Obviously you don''t live up to your name :D hahaha

The weather will still be in the forties when you are there in August, I am going on the 3rd Aug for 4 weeks.

Just make sure that you put plenty of suncream on wear a hat and drink plenty of water, you will be surprised at how you adjust to the heat.

Kalkan has cooled down a bit over the last few days and there is a (very) slight breeze. I don''t know the official temp but it doesn''t feel as high as the 40''s at the moment. That can change again before you get here of course, I hope it stays as is, very nice indeed!
