Title: Latest information on travel.
Post by: cleworthallray on June 25, 2020, 12:34:20 PM
Ministers are due to finalise details of a series of "travel corridors" so people arriving into the UK on certain routes will not need to quarantine.
Most of Western Europe is due to be on an initial list of exempt countries.
The countries expected to be exempt include France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Belgium, Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, Turkey and Finland.

Can anyone advise which restaurants are open at the moment?  And also, do you have to wear face masks in Kalkan?

Face masks are only obligatory in shops, banks etc - ie: inside areas. Some restaurants waiters are wearing masks and may take your temperature when you go in but you do not have to wear masks when eating and driinking or out in the street. A current list of resturanants open is a bit of a waste of time as it will be out of date by tomorrow as places are opening up all the time - there are enough restaurants currently open to keep you occupied for a holiday and others opening up on a daily basis - but sadly lacking in customers currently so fingers crossed for Monday!
