So as the world changes what are everyones thoughts on Kalkans property market?
Is it busier with people deciding "lifes too short" lets follow our dreams
Are there more people thinking of selling due to the economy
Would be interesting to capture thoughts...

Appreciate the question was posted a while back. But my comments are on the here and now as I see it. Going on the amount of new builds and refurbs over 20/21 the market is very buoyant indeed and is good to see. More jobs for locals and a boost to local economy. I take no notice when statements like... Oh no not more build and this is the end of Kalkan as we know it Pop up. It is what we made it and those who appear to complain most are sometimes the ones who purchased property in the first place which is ironic.... Rock on Kalkan forever it will never loose its charm
