Who’s is the best person or company  to speak to regarding design, purchase and installation of solar panels in Kalkan.
Would be grateful for any help or information.

Ask on Facebook Kalkan Living page -some of my friends have just had them installed...I presume you mean the ones for electricity and putting back into the grid and not just panels for heating water!!
