Title: Deniz Bank
Post by: aellis on January 28, 2018, 09:31:39 AM
Hi
I am experiencing difficulty logging into Internet banking. Anyone else with same problem?
Have they changed the sign on security information required?
Not in Turkey at the moment and thought I would ask before contacting the call centre.

I had difficulty last year. With Deniz Bank you have to login to your account at least every 3 months or they stop online login until you visit your local branch. Also you need to change your password regular. I ensure that I login each month now and so far have had no more issues.

If you are requesting to set, or are asked to through the log-in, the new password must now be totally numeric and consist of 6 digits.

We too have had log in problems to the point where we have basically written off in excess of £300 we sold up in Kalkan in 2016, we were told we needed to change our password . . . . but could only do that in person at the bank!
We quite possibly will not be going back for another couple of years (at least) so? bye bye money, thankfully it wasn't thousands.

Hi, I am johnny (new person)
I have been to Kalkan 3 times over the past 14 month.  I now want to buy.  I am UK expat looking to get Turkish bank Mortgage.
I have google and reasearched.  I would like to know if it is pain free to get a morgage. I have a good income and good credit rating..
I am hoping to be in Kalkan end of July property viewing. Is it a good idea to look for morgage assistance in Kalkan..
Any advice is welcome..
johnny & Yasmin
