Title: Holiday June 2018 - Accomodation

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows best place to find apartments or villas to rent in Kalkan.  I have heard stories about various websites etc and would like to stay clear of them.  Is airbnb safest place now to find somewhere?

There is a Facebook page called ‘friends of Kalkan’ where owners advertise their property’s direct to potential renters.

You won’t get scammed on there.

Also google .... Kalkan Secrets & Kalkan luxury rentals. Both 100% safe sites.

Kalkan Secrets are good. Avoid Owners Direct and Holiday Lettings, both are dreadful companies!

msr..... don’t think it’s very fair saying that OD & HL are dreadful companies for people looking to rent. I agree they are not very good to us owners, that have to pay £700 per year to advertise on them. They are fine if your looking to rent though, very safe.

Agree with one love,  HL and OD  :reasonable and on the whole  safe   but owners or  renters can  end up paying extra premiums depending on the advertising contract  , Kalkan secrets looks very good   and to my knowledge  no extra  premiums for the renter to pay
